Service Philosophy

We strive to provide a “world class” service to clients and candidates. To make the people that we interact with know that they will always be remembered is close to the heart of the leadership. We treat all with the utmost respect – candidates are treated in the same manner as we treat our clients. We know that without candidates and clients we would not have a business. We conduct a formal performance evaluation of the business with our clients in addition to keeping in regular touch on a day to day basis.

  • Market Research

  • Secured Transtel as our first client and was based onsite within the call centre
  • Secured a project to source 5 call centre staff for the medical industry of which the client employed 4 of the candidates.
2003-2004
  • Secured and became entrenched within a key client in the automotive industry (Scania)
  • Launched headhunting division
2005-2006
  • Secured Shosholoza Meyl as a key client who entrusted Equasion with various call centre recruitment projects
  • Secured the VVM contract to manage 50 learners within the call centre (Debt Collection) environment
2007-2008
  • Secured UNISA as a key client
  • Selected as a preferred supplier to BP
  • Enormous growth experienced during this period.
2009-2010
  • Launch of the training division
  • Selected as a Recruitment Supplier to M-Net
  • Selected as a preferred supplier to SARS
